[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Lost money, not received product | |||||
Hi Mirraw Team, I made Payment on 16th October 2016 for Order Number: M[protected] . "The NEFT transaction from your account number with reference number CITIN[protected] for Rs.759.00 has been credited to the payee at 06:13:18 on[protected]", this is message received from bank which states payment successful. It has been more than 5 monthsI haven't received product nor refund from mirraw. Not received any response from mirraw, regarding refund for multiple queries. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Mar 17, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved "Wilson Godimadi" from Mirraw called me and intiated refund process.
I received refund from Mirraw, so I am happy with service.
