Order m[protected]
1. Item 1 – pink raw silk embroidered lehenga choli – the dupatta is missing – i need this asap
2. Item 2 – multicolour printed art silk ghagra-choli – not stitched as per picture – the ghagra is not stitched correctly as per the picture
3. Item 3 – peach printed georgette saree with blouse – i asked for sleeveless blouse or chiffon cap sleeve – you have applied something else and it does not look right – needs to be sleeveless or chiffon cap sleeve.
4. Item 4 - wrong colour bag sent, i ordered purple - this one is orange

Order m[protected]
1. Item 1 – blue embroidered banglori silk lehenga – the choli was requested to be stitched like the way you have made the pink raw silk one on the other order – please check the notes on the measurements i provided – this choli ghagra is too wide and we wanted much less gathering as per our measurements of the width.
2. Item 2 – asked for sleeveless – the way the cap sleeve is done ruins the look
3. Item 3a and 3b - asked for sleeveless – also damaged at the front
4. Item 4 - asked for sleeveless
All the other items not listed here in this order except item 1 – i requested 9.5 inch deep at the front and sleeveless – these are not 9.5 deep and most came sleeveless except those above, although none of them were stitched as per requirements as none are 9.5 inches deep.

Please can you urgently review this query and ensure you dispatch the dupatta for item 1 in order m[protected] soon as i need it urgently. For the stitching mistakes, please advise what we can do to resolve.

Additionally, I forgot to mention. I had to pay £93 custom tax on one of those orders, the reason customs gave was the value you put on the parcel - the parcel order was £251.22 - items were all discounted and each item I paid an additional £12 for custom stitching. I refused to pay the £93 and Mirraw refused to refund the full amount as I had custom stitching - so I would have got nothing back, in fact I probably would have been invoiced £93 for the tax from Mirraw. I asked Mirraw to speak to UK Customs and reduce the value of the parcel so the tax is reduced and they refused to. So one order I spent £169 I was not charged custom tax and the order for £251 I had to pay £93 extra tax! DHL would not deliver the parcel unless I paid, so I did as I wasn't going to get a refund, only to find so many problems with the products - I should never have added custom Stitching.
