My refund request was initiated 75 days ago with order number: m[protected]. They always ask to wait for 2-3 days, but now it been 75 days. I am still waiting for my refund to be completed. Mr. Khalid afredi (Manager) & always just asks to wait for 24 or 12 hours more. And does nothing. They even took my hdfc a/c details saying "we will refund in 2-4 days".
