Mirraw Online Services — missing package | |
My order # in mirraw online m27663848. I ordered some traditional clothing (5 sarees, and a lehenga) in online mirraw back in october 21st, 2017. Their delivery date was november 10th and they failed to deliver it on that day and promised me to deliver on november 15th. I ordered the dresses for me, my daughter, and my in laws family as we had a family get together in nj during thanksgiving. I informed mirraw from the beginning in details the purpose of the order, and they again failed to deliver me on nov. 15th and my flight was on nov. 17th to nj from tx. For their convenience i gave them nj address so they can have extra time to get it done and requested them to deliver it on nov. 22nd, so at least we can wear that for our family dinner in nj. Unbelievably they didn't deliver that on nov. 22nd and i left nj on 25th. I send them 3 emails that i'm leaving from nj, and to send the items in my home address tx. They didn't bother it, they put wrong address of both nj and tx on delivery package. On dec. 5th dhl send me text that they are not able to deliver the package because they confused of the address. The next day i was waiting for the package but i didn't get anything, i contacted dhl and asked them for my package, and they said they already delivered the package, but that’s not in my address, somewhere else. Last whole week i called dhl thousand times and was waiting for 40 to 45 minutes in line; they transferred me to other dept. Then research team and so on. It’s been almost two months i ordered things and still it’s not in my hand. The whole thing i'm going through that is very frustrating and disappointing. Also there is a sentimental issues involved, we were not able to wear that in our family dinner... That was so embarrassing, my daughter is looking forward to her dress so eagerly, changing so many dates makes her really upset. The person who was in charge to do the email conversation is very unprofessional, and unethical. He doesn’t bother what customer is asking for, didn’t keep the promise to deliver on time, also put the wrong address on the package, and now keep telling he doesn’t understand why i didn’t get my package, as it’s already delivered. Every time when they missed the delivery date, i asked them to cancel my order and send my money back, they didn’t bother about that either. Customers are suffering because of their irresponsibility, and their unloyal things. They should compensate us, and should be honest with their customer. Yes, i want my money back, and also demanding the compensation for the harassment. Not sure yet how is the quality of the product, and the stitching!!!
