Never received products. Asked for a refund a month later.
Worst customer service ever. The only message you get back from customer service is "We would like to inform you that we have escalated the issue to the concerned team, please allow us X hours so that we can check and update you on the status of the product. " X varies from 24-48-72hrs.
The best part is that the ticket you raised gets immediately closed with a message "We hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction. If you feel that the ticket should not be closed or if the ticket has not been resolved, please reply to this email".
Every time you try to contact them back, you get into the same loop.
The occasion for which I ordered the products are over one month back. So I really do not want the products anymore. All I need is my money back. But such a customer service makes it impossible. Was this information helpful? |
