Mirraw Online Services — No refund given for items incorrectly stitched

They sent the 2 blouses in wrong measurements and would not provide a refund. I called and spoke with customer care and stiching team and they did not provide a reason for why they sent incorrectly stiched blouse. They also sent a saree with incorrect stitched pleats. Bhavina the stylist confirmed the measurements before stiching the products. After I asked for refund they sent an email saying they won't make stiching mistake again. I can not use the 2 blouses for lehenga and the saree because of the incorrect stiching. I spent around 1000 AUD and still not getting a response from them. Out of 5 products 3 products can not be used because of mirraws mistake . I ordered on 26 May, order number M[protected].
