Mirraw Online Services — Not refund the amount paid for returning the product

The product was ordered worth 5292 Rs and they sent a wrong product. Hence it was returned and after that they stopped sending email for return delivery and refund. It's been a month and when called or mailed their customer care they everytime say we are processing ur request and sending it to concerned team. But no refund yet nor any update on order online.
