Mirraw Online Services — Not refunding the amount for the item I have returned | |
Order No : M[protected] Amount to be refunded : ₹ 2224 I had ordered four items from Mirraw on 23/03/21. I received the first item on 26th which I had to return due to size issue. I returned it thru the app and the delivery person came the next day to pick the item. It is mentioned in the app that the refund amount will be refunded within 72 hours bit its been more than 1 week and they have not yet refunded my amount back. The customer care service in the app is non existent...There was an email id mentioned in the app where I wrote mails but there is no response at all... The phone no is non existent...No reply to any of the messages. Was this information helpful? | |

When I checked I haven't received any refund from Mirraw, so I sent a screeshot of the statements from the date I purchased till yesterday to Mirraw. There is no response from them.
