[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Order # M[protected] Poor Customer service and item not yet refunded | |||||
I have ordered this item and received this on first week of november. The stiching was very bad, hence poor fitting and I had to initiate returns. I was sent a return address after 3 follow ups. I was told that I was responible for returning the item and they will initiate refund after they receive the item. I sent the item (thru someone who travelled back to india and had them ship to it mumbai) and the status is delivered according to the shipping agency(tcpindia.com in my case). I have been following up on this with 10+ emails till now and no one cares to properly read the email. I keep getting response that item is not received. They keep checking a wrong tracking number.. or simply respond item not received. I dont know if they have any intention of refunding my payment. I am totally stuck and still following up for close to 2 months now. Poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this site for anyone Was this information helpful? | |||||
