I am still awaiting full refund from Mirraw on items returned on 2 June 2021 (over six weeks ago). I also had to pay additional cost of of posting of £24 to return the items. The tracking info indicate that the items/parcel was returned to Mirraw within 10 days of posting. However, although Mirraw Customer Services confirmed that the refund was being actioned, they consistently state that they are still waiting for the parcel/items to be received in their warehouse, which is a blatant lie! I will never order from Mirraw again, terrible customer service! Was this information helpful? | |
