[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Paid amount not refunded | |||||
I have ordered two product on 12 october 2016 on company website. One is 'Fabiona Maroon Embroidered semi stiched salwar with dupatta'. Second is 'DesignDesk Black Embroidered semi stiched salwar with dupatta'. My Order Number is M[protected]and paid amont is 4055/- rupees for both product. First Product is delivered to me but i didn't like the product so i returned the product on seller address. Second product is not delivered to me though They courier the product to deliver to me. I wrote the mail to company official email id '[protected]@mirraw.com to refund my paid amonut for both product. I have received the acknowledgement mail on 23 october 2016 that my request is accepted and refund amonut will reflected in my account in 7 to 8 working days. But still my refunded amont is not reflected in my bank account. I thought i have been cheated by the mirraw Was this information helpful? | |||||
