I am writing on behalf of my friend nithya (Residing in usa) who had ordered two sarees from http://www.mirraw.com/. on feb 19th i get a message saying i have cancelled part of my order and then i wrote to them saying there has been no cancellation from my end. After writing to the customer service, to my surprise i received the "cream embroidered georgette saree" which was supposedly cancelled, and there were not details of the dark pista green saree. When i further inquired about the green saree order, to my dismay they say that both sarees has been delivered! Initially i was shocked as there was only one piece in the parcel and i also sent them a photo but in vain! After continuous email exchange they refused to give a refund and offered a 15% discount as a 'goodwill gesture'!!! I have given up fighting for this and feel cheated. It is a request to each and every person out there, please do not use their services as they are just cheating customers!
