[Resolved] Mirraw Online Services — Product not received cash taken before delivery -M[protected] | |||||
Dear Sir, We have not received our product which was ordered 15 days before ORDER NO M[protected]. Cash amount 4512/- was picked up on 24/10/2016 but since then the material is not yet delivered. The DTDC tracking website shows no update from last 15 days and when after contacting the Mirraw customer care there is always a standard reply which doesnt aim to provide any solution. I have not seen such kind of snail moving product in the age we are living in . A product from delhi reaches us in 3 days, but you are unable to deliver the product in 15 days. We were not expecting this kind of services from the Mirraw. Kindly cancel the order and refund me my money. Kindly return us the cash amount which was picked up by us if you cant deliver the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
