I have six items bought stitched and delivered by Mirraw. Order number M[protected]. Out of six items, five were not stitched as per instruction snd hence they are all tight, short, uncomfortable and cannot be worn. My money has been wasted completely. If I knew and mirraw would have communicated with me, then I would have advised them not to stitch at all and would have agreed alternative. Mirraw instead of communicating properly for each product decided to go ahead without communicating with the customer in detail, decided to stitch the items which resulted in poor outcome. For two items, they sent a standard email not detailed at all and still they didn't deliver. Since then from July onwards I have sent numerous emails with the photo of the product and measurements but Mirraw has ignored all my messages. When I phone, they make excuses saying resend agsin on the other email and then they give me an email address.I then resend all the information all over againon the email given by them and then when no response, phone them only to hear another excuse. I really am fed up with their lame excuses and knew that they don't want to know about it and trying to avoid my messages. This is a bad customer service and very poor indeed.
I will never ever deal with this gompany ever again.
Everyone makes a mistake but not admitting the mistake and avoiding customer once the money is received from them is really appalling.
Mirraw has not only wasted my money but wasted my precious time, effort and let me down. Dealing with them has made me anxious and given me stress. I have never ever had this bad experience from anyone in my life. Very very poor service. They say one thing and do another. Was this information helpful? |
