Purchased it online and confirmed the delivery timelines before buying it. But it didnt received ontime and they told that they will do the refund to my account. But later they keep on denying and luring me by offering 10%, 20%, and even 30% of the amount.

I humbly requested for the refund and even agreed to pay for the courier charges but all in vain and now they stopped responding to the emails too.

I have all the emails stating refund and providing me discounts which I dont need as the dress is of no use for me anymore,

I need my refund, and ready to pay for the delivery.

TOTALLY PATHETIC SERVICE AND ITS NOT RELIABLE.
