Hello... I had returned a product and for refund options by mistake i provided an invalid account number.. But ifsc code was correct... Later i connect with the customer care and provided the correct account number.. They informed me. They refunded to my correct account number already.. Please wait for 7 days... Now it's more than 12 days... I don't recieved my money yet... And even i can't contact the customer service by phon now.. Please resolve my issue

Hi there,
My name is Rupna Datta and my order no is M[protected]. I have placed an order 30min before. When I was placing my order there was not any shipping costs and then I have realise they charged me GBP18 after giving my card details.
