Mirraw Online Services — refund of cancelled item | |
I ordered a sari online from mirraw and when i requested for blouse stitching, i was told that blouse cannot be customed stitched. I asked for cancellation or order and refund. I was sent email on the same day that my order has been cancelled and that my refund will be done within 7 to 9 business days. Upon waiting for 3 weeks, i havent got any email about my refund neither did i get it in my respective bank account which was used for purchase. I have been sending them emails but there is no response. I am really pissed off with mirraw and would never recommend them to anyone. I would like some immediate action taken so i can get my $71nzd back.
