From this, it is evident that there is undue delay from your side in refunding my money which has already been initiated. Consider this as urgent and return back my money.

As far as the delay in receiving the pending item through courier, I have not yet received those items. Your re-scheduled dates also have passed on. Please do look into the matter at the earliest so that I should get the product in tact.

Options after Return:
You can choose to do one of the following
1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website
2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website upto the returned value.
3. Request a refund. We will do a direct refund to the card through which payment was completed. In case the payment was done with cash, kindly provide us your bank account details.

I have so far sent many mails and everytime I receive an automated reply that a ticket number xxxxxx has been created. But so far no solution upon any of the ticket numbers.

There 2 issues.
(1) The above order has 6 products. Only 4 have been delivered. Tracking No.D32575389 which contains 2 kurtis has not been delivered to me. I have already paid for it. So either deliver the product or return back the money.

(2) There is 1 product return also.Tracking No.A[protected] blue cotton stitched kurti - has to be returned. Regarding this, I have already sent a mail within 2 days of receiving the order. Arrange for reverse pick up and return my money.

These are pending for a long time. So resolve them at the earliest.

For the above details, I have already received a mail from you stating that the refund had already been initiated. But why are you making a huge delay in returning back my money. I have returned the product. Your sister concern Amazon has very good return policies. But why do you lack such promptness?

There is one more return from the same order. Tracking No.D32575389 also I wish to return because there was a time delay in delivering the product and you have delivered a wrong size. This also I have already intimated to you. So far I have not done because you are making such a huge delay in returning my money for the previous return itself.

In such a case, how will I order further products from you? How do I recommend Mirraw to my friends circle also? How many reminders should I make?

I want my money back within this week or I may have to take further action against you.
