I have ordered a product on 21sep 2017, and i got the product on 26 sep 2017 and due to some reason i have requested for the return of the product on 1st oct 2017.. Then i got a message that "please fill tracking details for highlighted orders once you ship the products."
No one has come for the reverse pick-up and now i can see that my return request has been expired.
Why is this expired?? This is not my fault if no one came to collect the product.
