[Resolved]  Mirraw Online Services — Returns

According to the website, in order to return the product i had to courier the item back to the vendor and submit the necessary tracking information to them. I have done as requested. I have not received any confirmatiin or any details regarding the refund of the money. The customer care number always says that all the executives are busy no matter when the call is placed.

On receiving a confirmation from the vendor we will process refund for you and the refund amount will reflect in your account in 7-8 working days.
