Ordered a saree (M[protected]and asked for a stitched blouse through the online shopping store. I contacted their customer support team after placing order for further stitching instructions. They promised to contact me before stitching procedure. But they failed to do that and they went for stitching without consulting me. I have to send number of mails and calls to solve the situation. They failed to solve and asked me to accept the product the way it is. Also said refused for refund for their mistake, instead they said they will give a 40% refund on their accused website wallet and I can use that only if I buy from their website in future.
After the bad experience I have received, they are forcing me to order from their website again in order to avail the refund which was caused from their mistake.
Also they failed to send the product before the promised date of delivery.
They caused me money loss from purchasing as well as loss by calling them from Dubai by paid costumer care calls .
Also the product is faulty and not yet ready by the date of delivery.
I want a full refund to my bank account also support for personal harassment by wasting my time, money and unprofessional customer care services.
