Mitsubishi Electric India — AC is not functioning / cooling properly..

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the service requests I have raised for my air conditioner’s cooling issue.

A technician visited my residence on **20 March 2026 at 6:30 PM**. However, the issue was not resolved during the visit. The technician only inspected the unit briefly and left without performing any repair or providing a clear explanation of the problem or the next steps.

During the visit, the technician took photographs of my purchase bill as well as the indoor and outdoor units. I was not informed of the reason for collecting these images, and no service was carried out afterward.

He informed me that he would return on **21 March** with temperature testing tools to properly diagnose the issue. When I contacted him on Saturday, he stated he was busy and would visit on **Monday morning at 10:00 AM**. However, when I called him today, he claimed that the unit was functioning properly without even inspecting it and did not visit my residence as promised.

It is also concerning that my complaint tickets were closed without the technician revisiting or resolving the issue. I have now raised this complaint multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved.

I request the following actions:

1. Immediate reassignment of a different technician to inspect and repair the AC.
2. A proper technical diagnosis with temperature testing and written service report.
3. An explanation for why my previous complaints were closed without resolution.
4. Assurance that such service negligence will not recur.

I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter and request that the issue be resolved at the earliest possible time.
