Delivery of ac from their bhiwandi godown

Address: House 124, Siddhesh Sadan, P.G. Marg, Bhandarwada Holi Chowk, Malad West; Mumbai 400064

We brought the AC from Siddheshwar Electronics (Charkop Mumbai - Vendor Umesh Patel +91-[protected]) on 10.11.2024 (Sunday).
The vendor committed that the delivery of the 2 ac's will happen by Tuesday 12.11.2024 end of the day as today is Sunday the booking will happen on Monday i. e. 11.11.2024. However, the actually dissatisfaction is about the vendor Umesh who could have responsibly said there will be a delay due to warehouse...

Complaint raised on 24th July'24 has not yet been addressed...After sales service is very lackluster. Cooling is not there for a 2 Tonne Non-inverter AC...Technicals come and place the same to some other authorized service provider

    I moved into my new house 8 months ago and had 8-9 Ceiling Duct Acs installed, all of which are working perfectly except for 2. Despite multiple checks by the person who installed them, these 2 ACs are still not cooling properly and are throwing very little air compared to the others. I believe this is a manufacturing issue and I would like it to be addressed as soon as possible. I have invested over 10 lakhs in ACs for my house, expecting the best from the Mitsubishi brand, but I did not anticipate encountering these issues.

      This is an urgent complaint regarding the purchase of two Mitsubishi split ACs on March 9, 2024. The products provided were counterfeit, with one of the units, labeled as Akabishi, catching fire while my father was asleep, causing a highly dangerous and chaotic situation in our home. Despite repeated attempts to seek assistance, neither the company nor the dealer has responded. To make matters worse, the dealer is now threatening us to prevent us from filing a complaint. This negligence and intimidation are completely unacceptable. Who will be held responsible if something worse had happened? My father's life was put at risk. We trusted the brand, but they cheated us. Immediate action is required to address this perilous situation and hold those responsible accountable.

        Mitsubishi Electric AC - 1.5ton - Mr. Slim Model purchased in Mar -2023.
        Performed well till Mar '24

        Cooling not upto the mark from Apr '24 onwards

        When approached Customer care they are claiming Warranty applicable for only 1 year.

        Whether AC designed or manufactured to perform exactly 1 year without any issue?

          Purchased ac in 7 july 2022, during installation water leakage was there after 8-10 attempts the problem was solved now with this the compressor stopped working and ac does not work. pathetic service, everything they want is charges only. and they do not even have some experienced technicians. and one of the technician said its manufacturing defect.

            We being established leading pharma raw material and ancillary products supply and manufacturing Vestro group has acquired VRF system of our your make for our corporate and registered office located in hyderabad 3 years back. As the perforamnce is satisfactory we had placed an order for the same at our company guest house villa. Where the performance is not at all satisfactory and the installation is not carried by your sub dealer as per your company norms. even after your engineers attended and rectified the defects still 2nd floor performance is not satisfactory. Dealer has not provided the handing over letter and installation and commissioning certificate till last Saturday. Upon insisting for the same they issued with old date 25.08.2022 that too without customer singature which is not acceptable. we had not expected such issue from a reputed MNC Mitsuibishi electric. even customer care complaint by mail on june 27th gone in vain. Inabsence of the immediate replacement of entire system we had no option rather than initiating legal proceedings.

            > Asper the service team's observation of your PMC drawing there is no air tight partition between two ductable indoors where installed at your 2nd floor master sitting area since Return air malfunction occurs which results low performance (26degrees) at bed room and sitting room. Once we received call from you for low cooling issue at both rooms and we have visited site and done few rectification works as below

            a) Service team has done air tight partitions between machine to machine at 2nd floor master bed room and master sitting and also we have changed new grill with revised grill deflection with 30degree ( earlier grill deflection was 15degrees where the throw is hitting to glass area of the wall so temperature is 26degrees) after doing this we have taken temperature reading of 20 & 21 degree at master bed room and sitting area Infront of your team member ( Mr. Ayaz) and the Document of the readings and regarding this, we have communicated to you sir earlier too.

            > Regarding warranty report: as per the company norms, 15 months from date of invoice or 12 months from the date of commissioning which ever ends earlier… (this but in this case VRF SYSTEM was billed on Jan’2022 and asper invoice date the warranty was expired so we have given commissioning report for your records (we brought the reports to you for your signature, and we thought we will hand over you)

            > Again we (our sales & project team) visited on 17/08/2023 and explained to Harish Sir about system temperature requirement and we have set the temperature 22deg in remote whereas initial room temperature is 28deg. & when we switch on the indoor unit temperature recorded 22.7 & 23 degrees within 15 minutes in bedroom and sitting room and the same was addressed by Harish.

            > As Harish Sir concern felt uncomfortable when SET temperature is 24 degrees. We have explained that room temp. depends on set temp. we suggested him set the temperature at 22degrees to feel comfortable for him and also, we confirmed 2nd floor the indoors working satisfactorily and we assured to provide services without interruption if needed.

              Non replacement of defective AC within warranty

              Purchased six AC units for my home. Moved into the house on 30 June 2023.
              One AC did not cool from the beginning. Repeated visits by service centre personnel. Filling up of gas. Checking of pipes/ ducting. Laying the blame on the builder for ducting which was found to be leak proof. Finally AC unit taken to the centre and accepted as faulty.
              The dealer and the service centre now insisting on fitting the same unit citing company...

                I bought 1.5 ton split AC from Vijay sales on 12 June 2021

                Mitsubishi sent team of technicians for installation at my home. Now within one year they did two services but didn't found any issues related to gas leakage. After one year it's been observed by the team that issue is identified there is no cooling due to gas leakage after registering complaint. Technician visited to my home & resolved the issue by stating comments that fitting was not done in correct way. Flearing Nut has been tight now due to which there was minor leakage in evaporator side earlier & resolved. I paid 4000 bugs just for technician fault. Its really pathetic service provided by Mitsubishi in the name of brand we are purchasing this product which everyone should stop. Customer is cheated like this way & there are so many people with whom I have connected having such cocerns which are not addressed by Mitsubishi

                          We bought Mitsubishi AC last year from Batala, India and since then more than 7 complaints have been raised on its functioning.. Everytime a technician comes and it works for 2-3 days and then it again stops working.

                          I have raised multiple complaints to Mitsubishi team, but either the person doesn't take call or they do a short term solutions which barely lasts 2 days.

                          I request you to please refund my money or replace the unit.

                              I have purchased an air conditioner ( 2 ton )
                              MISUBISHI -MS-GK24VA-DI
                              2007875T ID
                              2005501T OD from Shree Balaji enterprises near gole diggi, Bathinda on dated 12.06.2022.
                              Dealer informed me that company will provide FREE installation of the unit. He made the call to company office for installation of AC. When representative from Mitsubishi electric contact me to install the unit, he informed me that he will charge Rs 260 per feet for installation of copper pipe and Rs 40 per feet for electric wire and Rs 600 for stand of outdoor unit. I provide him all the material like Cooper pipe, electric wire and stand for outdoor unit and asked him to install the AC. But he refused to install the unit and told me that if I provide the material, he will charge Rs 1720 for installation o[censored]nit. It means he was adding his fee for installation of AC in the cost of material.
                              He also informedme that it is compulsory to get install the unit from him, otherwise guarantee warranty will void.

                              I want to ask the company that why you are making FOOL of your customers. If you can't provide free installation why you are offering.
                              If representative at service centre bathinda is wrong in demanding
                              the charges, please take necessary action.
