Air conditioner not getting the commands of remote did get started...

Mitsubishi 2 ton ac was brought from bunny electronincs faridkot in march month and now ac was not working i complaint the shopkeeper and the register complaint and when machanic come they check they said the main pcc board of your ac not working so we will repalce so after 2 weak they come and replace that product and said now ac will work but i wait for 2 days but still not work and call shoopker and now they are not listing us simple ignoring...

Complaint no SG[protected] was registered on 29 Jun 21.
On 29 Jun 21, call was received from mob no [protected]. On 30 Jun, a confirmation was given from this mobile no for dispatch of a technician. The technician has not yet arrived.
The Customer Care has been spoken to twice on 01 July and once today i.e 02 July and the answer is " Sir AA Jayega aa jayega".

Request resolve the" less cooling" problem of one...

I just bought my AC 2 months ago and its stops working because of some problem. i call the company executive they’ve come to check and said there is a problem in part it will take 3-4 days to come and today it’s been 10 days now they are not even picking the call. I have the worst experience with mitsubitshi....

As am.facing problem since last 2-3 months....

Water leakage from ac when ac is running inside...

I bought a split 1.5 ac on 4th May 2021 from Unitech in sec 35-C, Chandigarh . Since then I have complained twice about the service provided by the dealer in installation. The technicians did not put the drain pipe properly leading to water falling all over the place. They rectified it but now the water is dripping inside the room leading to my wall, curtains and side tables. Now they came to rectify it but water is still falling inside....

Cooling processing is very slow...

We have cooling issues in 4 month old 1.5 ton inverter AC. Kindly solve the issues as soon as possible....

I had bought a AC of your company. It is not working, The cooling is ZERO. It is inverter AC but we have also installed stabilizer but still AC is not working Pls help us out

I got my new Mitsubishi 1.0 ton split AC installed today 18 th June 2021.
I was at office when it was installed.
Came back home was totally upset on seeing the indoor unit. There was gap of half an inch through which I can insert the fingers between the wall and indoor unit . This was looking ugly and the unit vibrates when working. Tried contacting the office and technician but they are giving me vague reasons...

Ac not cooling since 3 days. Requesting for service, Lakshay enterprises, delhi (as request was transferred by customer care to the agent)
No one attending the complain. Very rude staff.

Quality of the ac is also very poor. Every 6-9 months only Mitsubishi Ac gets a problem. Whereas LG and Daikin Ac in the same house don't.

Every time the coil is leaked. And needs to be changed. And the dealers refuse...

from gurunanak refrigeration chandrapur maharastra. The seller coummitted to give latest manufacturing ac . So they said to wait me. I wait for nearabout 20 days . After that they give me july 2019 ac on the same price 50000
so its chaeating. Also a c not properly installed. My ac warant wlso reduce by 2 year...

Error 2502 is coming and all the cassette unit is shutting down...

Swing motor is not working since 6 months. My ac is under warranty but local provider is not responding since 6 months...
