Sir,
I made a complaint on 10th Aug 2021 and on 11th a SMS received regarding escalation of service to their service provider AFS cooling solutions. But they were not turned up. I contacted Area Manager, Jaipal Reddy, couple of times to provide the service, but he did not sent anyone technician to address my problem. No one is responding properly and I have no alternative except to escalate my problem by registering complaint.
Hope you will respond soon.

    Dear Team,

    I bought a air conditioner of Mitsubishi Heavy Duty company on Apr'2019 with extended warranty of 4 year with sargam. My complaint was registered in Saragm Electonics, Preet Vihar, Delhi against complaint ID - 219272 against the WAC WRK18MA1-6 on[protected]. Your executive visited my house and very well did their job. But the problem is he charge Rs. 300 as service charges from my mother when I was not at home which are not acceptable at any cost. As sales man describe at the time of warranty any kind of charges are not chargeable against the extended warranty. There are two things which shows me (i) Either you are not given the proper salary to your employee (ii) Or your sales man makes false statement to your customers. In both conditions this is not acceptable. Because customer who already paid Rs. 5000 as extra warranty that are meaningless.

        I bought ac from Rajkot's delar, just after 2 month we get problem in our ac, and i contact to customer support, they raise claim regarding that, and they sent technician from service center, after that they raise another claim for some plastic part, and they also sent that part, but its not fitted in my new model, so they request another part which is fit on my model, but I didn't get that part yet. its almost gone 5 months, but didn't get proper response from service provider and company.

          Air leak with in 1 month after installation
          Installation machanic is very back behaviour towards customer. And not check the leakage and after installation he mentioned in mail that customer is responsible for gas leakage thats mean their is some problem done by machanic. And not he says gas filling is chargeable. Very bad service mitsubishi electric.

            I have purchased ac 2 months back and 18 days before it got some INTERNAL problem I complained about it immediately but they just keep giving me dates and dates through 18 days. DO SOMETHING WITH THIS OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE TO FILE A CASE IN COSUMER COURT AGAINST IT.

                      I have raised a complaint about ac not working before 10-15 days but still did not get the helpful need. The ac stopped working and soon I called for the service.
                      The technician came then and told that the PCB board of that ac got damaged. I called back your employee and he responded by saying that the PCB board will get replaced and it will take 8-10 days to do so. So, I have waited but after 10-15 days when I spoke to him and his seniors they told me that we have raised the complaint but the PCB board is not available and I have to wait for it’s availability.
                      Lenskart company follows some protocols. They audited my store and the found that the ac was not working so they told me to keep the store closed until the ac gets working. It has been 10-12 days since my store is closed and I have gone through a huge loss.
                      So I hope you got my problem so either get the PCB board available soon within 5 days time or replace the Ac as I can’t keep my store closed now.
                      Please take action as soon as possible.
                      I bought the cassette Ac for around 1, 40, 000 hoping for good service and long durability. I have bought this ac on 21/01/2021 and this ac is under warranty period. But seeing your service and working procedure I no more can trust your company to install in my others upcoming store. If company wants to gain my confidence and keep me working with Mitsubishi then I hope that I will receive the service soon or get my Ac replaced.
                      Hoping for the best.

                      The repairing cost of Mitsubishi ac is just 50% of its purchasing cost, all ac pcb board dead in just 4 year, and service is pathetic and spare part is too costly they didn't give justification yet is pcb cost js half of the indoor outdoor ac if yes then please aware you all guyz don't buy this company ac

                          Hello, we have bought 4 ac of your company .and from which 3 are not in the working condition. we have called many times to customer care but the complaint was not solved by any of them .so, the company member has refused and said they have no responsibilitiea toward this complaint.so, i hope our complain should be solved . And if this behaviour move on then your company'sfuture is in danger .And we need to takelegal action agaimst it. Your distributorship is even worst

                                Mitsubishi 2 ton ac was brought from bunny electronincs faridkot in march month and now ac was not working i complaint the shopkeeper and the register complaint and when machanic come they check they said the main pcc board of your ac not working so we will repalce so after 2 weak they come and replace that product and said now ac will work but i wait for 2 days but still not work and call shoopker and now they are not listing us simple ignoring so please do somthing other wise i will just remove that ac and send back to shoopker

                                  Complaint no SG[protected] was registered on 29 Jun 21.
                                  On 29 Jun 21, call was received from mob no [protected]. On 30 Jun, a confirmation was given from this mobile no for dispatch of a technician. The technician has not yet arrived.
                                  The Customer Care has been spoken to twice on 01 July and once today i.e 02 July and the answer is " Sir AA Jayega aa jayega".

                                  Request resolve the" less cooling" problem of one 2 ton and one 1.5 ton AC at the earliest.

                                    I just bought my AC 2 months ago and its stops working because of some problem. i call the company executive they’ve come to check and said there is a problem in part it will take 3-4 days to come and today it’s been 10 days now they are not even picking the call.
