Mitsubishi Electric India — Air Purifier

Dear Sirs,

I am based in Kolkata and bought a Mitsubishi Air Purifier on 14th December, 2023, on Amazon. The dealer was Bharat Agencies, Agra.

Now I cannot find anyone to service it, as it is not working properly.
Despite calling the helpline and writing to them several times, I am not getting any answer. No one knows anything about air purifiers, they all deal only with AC repairs.

Please help.
