We brought the AC from Siddheshwar Electronics (Charkop Mumbai - Vendor Umesh Patel +91-[protected]) on 10.11.2024 (Sunday).
The vendor committed that the delivery of the 2 ac's will happen by Tuesday 12.11.2024 end of the day as today is Sunday the booking will happen on Monday i. e. 11.11.2024. However, the actually dissatisfaction is about the vendor Umesh who could have responsibly said there will be a delay due to warehouse shifting concerns of Mitshubishi Electric located in Bhiwandi, Thane.
The warehouse person Mr. Dubey (+91-[protected]) was most hilarious person in world, who mentioned that the delivery will happen in the morning of 13.11.2024 around 8:30am 100%.
Today I learnt that Mr. Dubey has made such misguided commitments to many customers who has trusted the brand. I am yet to experience the service of Mitsubishi Electric however, the people who are representing the brand needs to be fixed first.
