I wanted to buy a VRV unit for which I was guided to Mr. Sandeep Seth in Delhi. After speaking to him I sent him my house plan and he committed to revert with a solution within a day. I had been 24 days today and he has not reverted. Meanwhile I wrote him twice to remind him. But he is only asking fir more and more time.
It’s surprising that a company like Mitsubishi doesn’t have any proposable VRV solution or they have hired completely incompetent people who either doesn’t understand technology or are overloaded to sell.
