Mitsubishi Electric India — Request for Service Invoice AC Servicing on 8 March 2026

Dear Sir/Madam,

Yesterday (8 March 2026), I requested servicing for three split air conditioners at my residence in Bangalore. A technician visited in the evening and carried out the servicing.

However, I have not yet received the bill or invoice for the services performed. I am not satisfied with the way the service interaction was handled, as the process—especially regarding the gas refill—was not clearly explained or transparently carried out.

The technician also mentioned that the service and gas refill would be valid for three years and that the invoice would be required to claim the same. Therefore, I kindly request you to please send me the detailed bill/invoice for the services performed at the earliest.
