Complaint no SG[protected] was registered on 29 Jun 21. On 29 Jun 21, call was received from mob no [protected]. On 30 Jun, a confirmation was given from this mobile no for dispatch of a technician. The technician has not yet arrived. The Customer Care has been spoken to twice on 01 July and once today i.e 02 July and the answer is " Sir AA Jayega aa jayega".
