I purchased a Mitsubishi Electric AC unit in January, and since installation, the product has been facing continuous quality and performance-related issues. The outdoor unit is producing excessive abnormal noise, has visible denting/physical damage on the front side, and the AC is not delivering proper cooling performance.
What is even more concerning is that an internal component of the outdoor unit has already been replaced during a previous service visit. Despite this replacement, the issues still persist. Now, the service team is proposing to replace only the front body/panel of the outdoor unit.
I would like to clearly state that I do not accept repeated repairs, temporary fixes, or partial replacements for a newly purchased premium Mitsubishi Electric AC. A new product should not require multiple repairs and part replacements within such a short period after purchase. This situation raises serious concerns regarding the manufacturing quality, reliability, and long-term durability of the outdoor unit.
As the outdoor unit has already undergone internal part replacement and still continues to suffer from abnormal noise, physical damage, and improper cooling, I strongly request a complete replacement of the entire outdoor unit under warranty instead of further repair work or patch-type solutions.
I purchased Mitsubishi Electric expecting premium Japanese quality and reliability, and therefore I expect a permanent and satisfactory resolution from the company.
Kindly treat this complaint as urgent and arrange immediate approval for replacement of the complete outdoor unit at the earliest possible time.
