Mitsubishi Electric India — Water Leakage from Centralized Mitsubishi AC System

Dear Mitsubishi Customer Support Team,
I am reaching out regarding a water leakage issue from our centralized Mitsubishi air conditioning system. We’ve observed water dripping from the indoor unit/duct area during operation, which is affecting the surrounding space.
The model number is [V4CTL/23-24/238]. Kindly advise on the possible cause and whether a technician visit can be arranged to inspect and resolve the issue.
Please also let me know if this issue is covered under warranty or service agreement.
