Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ac — Dealer Complaint - AC Dealer not listening to problem and avoiding calls and rude responses

I bought Mitsubishi Heavy Electricals AC (1.5 TON) from MONGA TV CENTRE, JALALABAD(W), DISTT. FAZILKA, PUNJAB - 152024.

I am facing an issue with my AC. The compressor is not turning on. The purchase date is 11/07/15. The AC compressor is still in warranty (upto 11/07/20).

I called up the dealer from which i purchased the AC ( MONGA TV CENTRE, JALALABAD(W), DISTT. FAZILKA, PUNJAB - 152024). His contact number is [protected].
He is not even listening to my problem and trying to help me by arranging a technician visit atleast. He is asking me to show the AC to any outside local technician and call him after getting him checked.

Please take strict action against him as there are lots of complaints and issues with this dealer in our area.People are generally dissatisfied with the way he behaves and responds to a customer's queries and complaints.

Please find the bill and information stickers on my AC box attached as a picture with this mail.

Please register my complaint and kindly arrange a technician visit at the earliest.
