The distributor of MHI ac in Lucknow Mr. Amritpal (M/s. Millenium traders)
is a cheat and he bullies his customers after charging full amount of machine and installation. He scolds and misbehaves with clients and refuses to entertain any installation related claims even in new machines installed by him. He even charges installation much much more fraudulently and when client tries to justify his mistake, he makes a calculation wherein he asks for more money instead of returning the extra money already taken. We use various other brands such as mitsubishi electric, o general, daikin but no dealer or distributor dissatisfies his clients in this way.
I like the MHI machine but next time when i have to buy or suggest somebody i can never say go for MHI as i would not like to face this person again in life nor would i want my friends ir relatives to fall prey to this fraud.
