I purchased Mitsubishi Ac in Chennai, I bought on June 2019, now it s jan 2021
It’s been only 1 and half years now
We only call Mistubishi Service persons
To do the AC service, now they are saying Ac has coil issue, should change the whole coil,
It’s a new AC it’s been just 1 and half years
Now they are saying to Change the coil
And the price is around 13k, then they said to change the condensor, gas filling, transport charges, All together it wil be around 16 k
We contacted the service manager, he is not solving our problem, and it’s been 2 weeks till now still the issue is going on, Change the coil or replace Ac for us, it’s a complete mistake on your company, coil is an one of the important part in AC, how can it gets spoiled in just 1&1/2 years in an Branded company, if the problem still occurs, we will file a complain regarding this Was this information helpful? |
