Complaint about the after sales service !!!

Hello Sir / Madam,

The after sales service of your AC dealer in Chennai (Madras Air Control and Ayyappan Associates) is horrible. Please read the reviews in google for this company about Service they are offering, you will get to know the exact picture about this dealer.

My AC stabilizer is not working for the past five days and my family is suffering in this peak summer where the temperature is 42 degrees.br...

From more than 1 year AC parts are not working, called distributor of Mitsubishi heavy industries of Jodhpur, Spark Digi World 100's of times for the complaint arises with in 1 year of purchases & are under warranty but till today no parts are replaced, only false committments we are getting of getting the parts replaced in next 2-3 days from more than last 1 year, now not even the company's area manager and Rajasthan head are hearing our complaint nor the distributor, suffering the pain by paying the heavy prices for the branded product and becoming fool, feeling cheated

    I have purchased Mitsubishi heavy industries a/c on dt.4/3/21 harshil electronics bapunagar ahmedabad-24.we have a 3 time installation a/c & 1 time change compressor but not getting cooling well.we call many time to delars of a/c but we can not getting satisfaction. It is a company policy

      I purchased Mitsubishi Ac in Chennai, I bought on June 2019, now it s jan 2021
      It’s been only 1 and half years now
      We only call Mistubishi Service persons
      To do the AC service, now they are saying Ac has coil issue, should change the whole coil,
      It’s a new AC it’s been just 1 and half years
      Now they are saying to Change the coil
      And the price is around 13k, then they said to change the condensor, gas filling, transport charges, All together it wil be around 16 k
      We contacted the service manager, he is not solving our problem, and it’s been 2 weeks till now still the issue is going on, Change the coil or replace Ac for us, it’s a complete mistake on your company, coil is an one of the important part in AC, how can it gets spoiled in just 1&1/2 years in an Branded company, if the problem still occurs, we will file a complain regarding this

          I have purchase a mitsubishi split ac from (Aircon shop) adajan, surat, gujarat.395009.
          It has been about 1 years from purchase date and the display of remote went blank due to which the remote is not working. Handed the remote to the shop for repair, they charged 400 rs for that.
          We are using different company ac in you office but never any problem arise yet with the ac and it accessories. But first time we purchase mitsubishi ac for our office and problem arise with remote.
          Worst experience of mitsubishi ac product. The company should at least repair the product free of charge.

            We have written several times to mitsbushi on our complaints but company and customer complaint cell don't even bother to call back.

            All they do is "they are committed to provide us great services". How..?? I have no idea.

            We purchased 4 heavy 5 star ac units from this company in april this year.

            1 of the 4 units had to be repaired 5 times in 5 months time. Company has not even bothered to ask...

              Brought 9 Mitsubishi Split Ac's from FAIR DEAL (Mumbai - Crawford Market) in June 2017.

              Out of that only 1 (1.6 ton) Ac is not working.
              We installed all the Ac's in April 2018 ie 10 months after we bought because there was renovation going on in my new house.

              This 1 ac in particular wasn't working right from start. There was NO COOLING at all. I launched a complaint with FAIR DEAL since 2 months of warranty was still left. At first they were not ready to visit and see what the problem because they claimed that your AC was installed by Third Party.
              Now i wasn't told by FAIR DEAL nor was it mentioned in the bill or given anywhere in the writing that warranty gets VOID if you install it by a third party and not mitsubishi.

              Somehow me and the dealer came to an agreement and they sent mitsubishi technician to check the problem.

              At first visit they came know that the cooling problem was because of the "leakage issue in the coil of the indoor unit". I told them to replace the whole ac as it was a manufactuing defect. They denied to replace and give me a new AC but somehow agreed to replace that particular part ( cooling coil). They got it replaced that too after 1-1½ month. I also had to pay 1500/- for the gas and pressure filling unnecessarily when the ac was still under warranty.

              Ac was working perfectly for a day and then the cooling again went off the next day. I called them up again, their technicans also visited again only to find this time that there was also "leakage in the coil of outer unit compressor".

              So basically there was leakage in the indoor cooling coil first and now there was leakage in the outdoor unit cooling coil too. I have also SHARED photos of OUTER UNIT COIL LEAKAGE.

              My question to them was "why did you not check the outer unit properly when you came for the earlier inspections?" to which they did not have any answer.

              Now it has been more than 3 months since the ac has been installed. My warranty is also over and the problem is still unsolved.

              They are still left to replace "cooling coil of outer unit". Its been more than 3 months now since im following up with Mitsubishi Technical head "MUSTAAK SIR" and his co-ordinator "JHAAMI SIR".

              I have been regularly calling them for the replacement of the defective outer unit coil. But they have been deferring only since months.

              I am so fed-up and frustrated by the customer service of Mitsubishi. Even there is no concrete support by my dealer "FAIR DEAL".

              What am I supposed to do now ?
              Why doesn't Mitsubishi provide a replacement for a defective product ?

              A brand new ac not working since day one. As a customer why should i bear the cost and suffer for months just due to the manufacturing defect and the lack of customer service. I am very disappointed being a mitsubishi customer for the first time and the last time if things such as "customer service policy" doesn't improve.

              I demand a replacement. Please address my issue at the earliest.

                Bought 2 acs in mumbai in may2017 installed in july through cool corner, one is silent other making noise, it is compressor vibration nous. Registered complaint mhia[protected]. After lot of follow up one person visited end of may and said close windows to reduce noise. Mustaqbhai, ankit from kandivali and cool corner all are failing to provide service and mhi name is getting spoiled. Your delhi service centre has no control on mumbai calls.

                  We have purchased 2 mitsubishi heavy industries ac from ‘future solutions’ dealer, ahmedabad in june 2017. Both the units are not giving cooling since day 1. Since we have shifted to the new premises only in april 2018, we had not used the acs for 1st 10 months. We have been complaining to our dealer since 2 months now.

                  They tried their best to convince us that cooling is proper but when we asked them to check with their thermometer, they realised that none of the acs is able to give indoor air temperature below 23 degree & 25 degree respectively even with setup temperature of 18 degree. Since the indoor airflow temp is only 23-25 degree, the room temp does not come below 30-33 degree. So we asked them to replace both the acs as they are in warranty period. However, they extended time with site visits with different staff every time and finally came to conclusion that something is wrong. They are unable to find the problem till date. But even then they are unable to provide replacement. They come out with different reasons for lack of cooling but if we ask them to replace it with our other brand’s ac, they say it is not comparable. Infact we have installed more expensive mitsubishi heavy industries acs instead of other low cost brands.

                  We hope you will take proper interest in our case and resolve the issue with urgent replacement since we have been dragged into unnecessary urge to believe that everything is working fine since last 2 months. Both the machines are still in warranty so please do not give any vague answer in this regard.

                    Till date no one contacted with me. Its very bad situation for me. If i got this type of problem with such a brand so i think you have to change our mind set about compnay.

                      I have bought mitsubishi ac 1.2 ton in april 2013.in the the early feb 2018 we faced some issues with the ac. We called the technician for servicing and repair if any. He told that the compressor needs to be changed. He took rs. 500/- for the visit. Now as ac was in warranty the replacement of the compressor needs to be done. Its been 25 days we have not received the compressor. I have been calling the mr. Nikhil [protected] of mitsubishi service dept. He is telling me that the complaint has been locked, i have ordered the compressor in the delhi but not received it. I have called on customer care no.[protected] and they gave me mr. Mustaq no. [protected] for service issues. I called him and he again gave me mr. Nikhil no. Again. I have been calling mr. Nikhil regularly but am not getting the replacement. Moreover, he told that although the compressor will be provided by the company under warranty but then also i have to pay rs. 4500/-.
                      I dont really understand how it is taking almost a month for the replacement.
                      Also why consumer has to pay 4500/- for the warranty replacement as it is company's responsibility to replace it for free under warranty.

On 13 nov17 dealer send engg with preliminary condition of payment of service charge&additional fees (The acs are still under warranty) and checked my acs and told me your pcb is not working and it will change on payment basis

                          I have purchased a 1.5 ton industrial type split air conditioner model no. Srk20cls-6 serial no.[protected]be from kohinoor dombivli east, dist. Thane state maharashtra on 15th aug 2015 till today i have repairing it several times for leakage of cooling coil & gas tank gets empty from local as guarantee is over. I am facing this issue since past 1 year as guarantee period completed. We have also replaced the coil as the attendent informed us that there is an issue with the coil. Accordingly the same problem is arising and the fault is in the outdoor unit. The issue is not getting resolved after many followups. We just want to know if the company is going to revert back or we need to take another steps.
                          I have purchased mitsubishi heavy duty ac 1.5 ton date[protected] ac outdour is vibrate and make noise no one attended my complaint I have meet 2 times but no one arrange my complaint I have meet 2 times but no one arrange it

                              I have booked for the 1st service of my new ac which i brought in july 2016.
                              I have raised the request on 18/04/2017 via request no MHIA[protected] at 10.28am. I have been told by cust. care that the company will take 48hrs to attend the request.

                              On 20/04/2017 i have called them in morning to get the status of my request, the customer care told me that it will attend on 20/04/2017 for sure. i waited till 5.00pm and then called again regarding the same.i have been told to wait till the end of the day.

                              Still waiting for a response from the service provider.

                                I had purchased a Mitsubishi Air Conditioner, 1.5 ton, MODEL-SRK20CLS-6, , from Kolkata Electronics Pvt.Ltd, 1, Vidyasagar Sarani, Kol-700008, Pan no-AAFCK7080A, VAT no-[protected], Propieter-Mr.B.K.Sarkar, Mob-[protected] on 14.04.2016 and installed on 17.04.2016.After installation I was frequently gone out of order every interval of 10 to 15 days.Lastly pipe line was alsoo changed and Mr.Sarkar said that if further it went out of order he would replace completely indoor and outdoor as I was demanding continuously for the replacement.Ultimately, the machine is gone complete dis-order.Immediately i have talked with Mr.Sarkar over phone regarding the fact.He is not now reluctant to replace.I have registered complain into Consumer Support Office in New Delhi, complain no.-MH1A[protected]. So i am earnestly requesting you to look after this matter.I am a senior citizen of 63 years, do not force me to go into Consumer Forum.

                                  I have bought mitsubishi heavy industries 1.5 ton split ac on 16/05/2016. On 21/05/2016 i have complained to dealer about ac not working properly. After 3 days he came and refill gas in my ac. After 15 days again my ac was not cooling, he than visited and again filled the gas and it started cooling. Again after 1 month there was cooling problem. Dealer again visited my place and said there is gas leakage, after inspection mr. Nikhil (Customer service head) visited my place and register the complain about cooling to service centre and took the outdoor unit in service centre their they repaired my outdoor unit and send me back and than promised me futher this problem will not come and filled the gas in the ac and it started working. On 15/08/2016 i again complained my ac is not cooling. After 15 days of inspection 4 different service guy came and check there was gas leakage and on 04/09/2016 they took my ac to their service centre. Till date (17/11/2016) i have not recieved my ac.

                                    I didn't knew that a company like mitsubishi can provide such a nightmare to retail customer. we pay a premium to buy mitsubishi product just for mental peace, product and quality assurance. for me it has been a nightmare, mental harassment. i had to face service personnel who are rude and insensitive to customer problems.

                                    ​my ac is installed on 15 april 2016. within 2 weeks approx the gas of the ac gets finished. upon complaints with mr arindham (as told to me) and had to do several follow ups the mechanic repairs the same. after that more than 3 times the ac malfunctions and huge amount of water starts to flow from the indoor unit of the split ac and spoils all my storage item.

                                      From the day 1 3d auto swing is not working properly and i was told that let i
                                      T work for 3 or 4 days
                                      If problem remains same we will change the piece .

                                      Now their technician also came and asked us that we will repair this.
                                      I have denied them that when from day 1 piece is not working properly and now
                                      I have been asked that we will repair it.

                                      I am feeling cheated from mitsubishi side as piece was not proper from the company's side and when i am paying 50k buks for a new ac and getting a defected
                                      Piece which is not acceptable.

                                      I have taken ac on pushp kaur name srk21cns mitsubishi heavy duty.

                                      If my ac is not getting replaced then i would be sending legal notice to mitsu
                                      Bishi and the dealer both (Madan aircons jaipur )

                                      Hope to get a positive response from mitsubishi side.

                                      This is the second ac of mitsubishi we bought as we were happy with the first ac's performance.
                                      My ac is not working and the service of Mitsubishi is worst as i purchased a ac three years ago, since from 15 days the ac is not working i have given the complaint to the dealer but they are neglecting the complaint.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I have purchased mitsubishi inverter ac (Model src/srk 18yl-s) from m/s. Varindra's cool planet, ramphal chowk, dwarka-110075 on[protected].
                                        I find it to be worst product in the market and the after sales service is horrible. I am complaining to the service center managed by international aircon for the last one week for negligible cooling and almost no air throw, one can feel a little cool air at a distance of only one feet from the indoor unit when temperature is set to 18 degrees celsius. A technician did visit 4 days ago who cleaned dust from indoor and outdoor unit, however situation did not improve. I gave these remarks on the work order on which he wanted my signature but it seems that customer's grievances are thrown in dust bin because thereafter whenever i am calling the call center they give a stereo type reply that technician has already visited. When i tell them that the complaint still persists and there is no improvement at all, after all lot of persuasion they agree to send a senior technician soon, that soon is becoming endless wait now.
                                        There is absolutely no mechanism to escalate the complaint. I do not know if complaint on this site also falls on deaf ears.

                                        Could the concerned look into my problem?

                                          I need to get service for my air conditioners.
                                          All are in bad condition i don't know why and they are in warranty period & the toll-free no. never gets connected which is [protected] (as told to me by another mitsubishi customer care who's toll-free no. is [protected]). This is what is happening after spending money on mitsubishi products. I will rather not recommend Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to any one.

We found that one ac compressor cool air is not coming so we complained on 2.04.2014 and we got the complaint no. Dated 02.04.2015 as below Thanks for calling MHI-International Aircon.Your request no. is MHIA[protected] and will be attended shortly. Thanks! Even after complain no one is coming for repairs. One person came and did the service and after that from one ac water started leaking and in another ac they are saying that kavya has instaalled the machine so we will not refill the gas within the warranty period. we will charge 2500 for the same. Please help and resolve the query as our both the units are withing the waranty period. Thanks
