        Hi,

        Today before two days i admitted my father in mittal hospital and resarch center district :ajmer near pushkar bypass for a operation of stone kidney.
        I was having uhcp insurance and i inform them prior to the operation that i have policy and will go for cashless facility but they told you have to first submit the amount worth 35000 rupees during admission.

        I want to know if they told to submit 35000 rupees during admission then what is the meaning of cashless facility and i submitted the amount in hospital may be there can be the rule in hospital,.
        Now turn came when my father have to discharge from hospital today then they send the mail to uhcp policy company for approval. The bill was 49000 rupees but they told before admission that we will charge only 35000 rupees for operation but they made the bill only because o[censored]sing cashless facility.
        Now they got approval of 33000 rupees and in the document that they send to me was declared that u have to pay only 9990 rupees only and then they told you have to pay total 20000 rupees. I don't know why they charged more amount and we were waiting since 5 hrs to finish process my father was waiting for release from hospital.

        Therefore i want to suggest all people who will use this hospital for treatment think twice/thrice before operating ur father, mother, son, wife anybody in this fake hospital.

          I had a sprain in my foot and hand. On 16.04.2018 i went to mittal hospital at around 12 pm. As soon as i got my x ray done, there was no attendant to take me to the doctor. Without any bandage i was walking all around with a sprain in my foot and hand as the doctor's working hours were over. There was no alternate doctor available. The staff said that the doctor will come at 5 in the evening. So at least the bandage should me done to provide a support to the foot and a wheelchair should be provided. Very poor services and completely dissatisfied with the horrible experience. I did not get the services according to the money i paid for. Was it not the responsibility of the staff to take care of the patient?

            I was admitted in Mittal hospital, Ajmer on 8th April 2010 for a surgery but because of the extremely bad behaviour and misguidance of the cash counter staff (Ms Sonia), TPA executive (Mr Vinod Pandey) and other Jr. Doctors we had to leave the hospital without getting the surgery done.

            Mr Pandey and Ms Sonia had some deal between themselves and they both tried to confuse us by saying two different things. Mr Pandey asked us not to give any money because we had approval from the health insurance company, however Miss Sonia pestered us to deposit the money. When I asked Miss Sonia to have a conference call between Me, her and Mr Pandey so that I can clarify on the correct process, She refused saying that she doesn't have rights to do conference call. May be she is not educated enough to know how to do a conference call. I am Not Sure, but I feel (just my feeling) that these two are corrupt people and were trying to make some money from us.

            This issue is not about paying Rs 21000(surgery cost). It is about the MISGUIDANCE that Mr. Vinod Pandey provided us and the extremely RUDE and insulting behavior of the staff.


            I request you to look into this matter ASAP.

            thank god...have some one who complaint dis...u r right friend...dis not a hospital its a hotel...mittal hotel...they doing only buisiness...not help d patient...!!!
            that a bull sheet hospital.i adwise 2 every 1...no budy go for that...!!!@@@

            They are earning money to shift any patient on ventilator...they know that it's last stage but they are not doctor they are butchers
            A.C not working on 3rd floor visitors area. Even fan not available in sufficient qty in this heat weather time. Plz give proper attention on maintenance.

            Only government hospitals are good..and govt doctors are god...they have mercy for patients and their relatives..
            I request to hospital management that they appoint some old age doctors retired from government or such good doctors who motivate patients and their relatives . Facilities are best but I have lost my family member due to not satisficatory reply of staff . Please do the needful.

              My mother was admitted in Mittal Hospital, Charni Road, Mumbai on 30 May '10 and was undergoing treatment for 1 month.

              However she observed very bad behavior of Jr. Doctors, Nurses & other staff toward the patients & even the treatment given is low grade & not upto the mark.

              I would personally request you to take this matter seriously
