Mitticool — No proper response from manufacturer | |||||
Dear sir/Mam, This is to bring to your notice that this new company with traditional concept is fooling people. And before I state my complaint I also like to mention that many people have given same reviews on their website for you to have a look. I have booked my order on 2nd April. I have done the payment on the same day, while my product was booked/couriered on 13th april after many follow ups. Courier reached bangalore on 17th april, 2017 but yet not delivered to me, thanks to safexpress.com. I have tried calling the number of mitticool office, mentioned on their website. After 2-3 calls of my follow up she stopped responding. I have tried various ways to contact them but no response. Neither the lady responds for calls nor she calls back later. Neither through mail nor through messages. I haven't received my product yet from safexpress.com but meanwhile i tried to contact mitticool.com for refund and like usual got no response. I have paid 1198/- to them on the day of placing order. Now my request you is to help me out to solve this matter. Thankyou. Was this information helpful? | |||||
