I ordered two earthen cookers from mitticool.com
We followed their instructions. But when we kept on flame, both of them developed cracks. And one is completely broken now.

And they are not replacing our products.

What's wrong with them. It seems because of heavy demands they have chosen to compromise with qualities....

This is to bring to your notice that this new company with traditional concept is fooling people. And before I state my complaint I also like to mention that many people have given same reviews on their website for you to have a look. I have booked my order on 2nd April. I have done the payment on the same day, while my product was booked/couriered on 13th april after many follow ups. Courier reached bangalore...
