Mivi — Complaint regarding my mivi collar flash

My mivi earphone left side is not working properly it automatically changes its sound frequency low n high my one side has very bad sound can't even properly listen and call through earphones

Updated by Yashshrma12 Mivi ignore us they just send email that we will resolve then they don't even initiate anything my left side earphone is not working at all what should i do
