I am writing to inform you that I received a defective product from your team, which was sent to me after submitting my original item for repair. Unfortunately, the replacement/returned item is not functioning as expected and appears to have its own issues.

Charing problem

I have a Mivi duopods d3 ear buds and my left side buds charge drain quickly for a last 2 months i had a this issue and i want a solution for this problem....

Today I bought mivi roam 2 bluetooth speaker, this speaker is so poor, my mobile volume is more than that, please don't buy it, please don't waste your money, other than that mivi customer service is so poor, I wanted to register my warranty, but their otp is not coming, and they are not picking any calls off course, please don't buy any of their products, its my humble request, otherwise you will regret after buying their products, and most of their products are non-returnable, so please don't buy any of mivi products, please don't buy any of mivi products

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with my neckband, which was recently repaired at your service center. Unfortunately, after receiving the product, I have noticed that there is no sound coming from the right side of the neckband.
    I had submitted the neckband for repair expecting the problem to be resolved, but it seems the issue still persists. I kindly request that you assist me in resolving this as soon as possible, as I rely on the device regularly. I had already raise ticket regarding this. But unfortunately status showing Pending in track from last 10 days.
    Please let me know the next steps for either sending it back receiving a replacement. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

      I placed an order (ID- 50713) of the Bluetooth speaker “Mivi roam 2” on may 18th 2024 and I made online payment using upi. But after few minutes I cancelled the order. The order immediately got cancelled but till now I didn’t get the refund money. I also raised a ticket by ticket number 2831531. I also called them four times they only say to wait . So I have no other choice but to come here for help.

        On April 23rd, 2024, I ordered MIVI Earbuds but had to cancel it due to a wrong shipping address. Despite cancelling promptly, I haven't received my refund.

        I've reached out multiple times via email but haven't received a satisfactory response or refund update.

        I'm disappointed with this lack of customer service and request immediate action to process my refund.

          Duopods A250 sensor key not working

          I purchased a mivi combo on official site, but when i got the parcel then i try to use the product (Duopods A250) but the product are not working properly, the sensor key of the product is not working smoothly even the key was not working sometimes....

            Mivi duopods a250 - left side bud is good but right side fitting is not good and volume is less in right side. Mivi commando x9 - sound quality is very bad.
            They emailed me to send the photos and I send all the photos 4 times. They didn't even see the photo and they reply again send the photos but I send all the photos clearly.
            I want to return the product
            I raised ticket in 13. 3. 24 till now my issue is not solved.

              Warranty registration

              I have brought duopods D4 in 24th November 2023 in mivi official website
              The OTP is not sent to register for the warranty so that I cannot register for warranty
              And now it has some technical issues
              I have tried several times to register from date of my purchase the OTP is not sent to...

              Regarding recent exchange on warranty of tickt id #2657522
              After receiving the exchanged product-
              Charger is missing and some ear buds covers are there in place of the charger.
              The touch of the Left side earbud is not working at all.
              Plus some parts of both of the ear buds are opened up.

                It is very easy to close the ticket unnessaccary and forcefully without knowing the customer feedback. you guyz have made the process which i didn't see at any organization, you have created your own rules / process and verified so that customer couldn't raise the complaint and if they do so, you can easily reject or ignore through closing the tickets, well ! i understand all this and would like to tell you one thing, don't fool yourself because we are not, do you really thing that soundbar is repaired or you made it more noisy with the distortion sound, team you belongs to this industry and can better judge than a customer, the sound quality wasn't that worst as you made it after repair, i raised a whistle sound complaint as a feedback so that MIVI should improve by getting feedback from the customers, otherwise the 24w sound quality was amazing.

                At the end as a customer this wasn't expected from MIVI our Indian company where replacement was required but you repaired and made it worst, now i regret that I raised a complaint and provided my feedback to MIVI.

                I wouldn't recommend MIVI, also will escalate it further as much as i can.

                        I have order mivi duo pod K5 from flipkart where as the bud was in 1 gear warranty period when i bought then it was already charged so i use them and was working and when the bettery sound bit low i tried to charge them but they were not able to charge i saw on flipkart review a large amount of people were complaining the same . Also mivi has the worst customer service support ever, yet somehow i manage to put mu product on warranty claim but when it come back from warranty claim it was as same as it was there was no repair or no change at all in the product i am bery disappointed with the mivi support team as they were not very loyal to me

                          Mivi Fort S100 Soundbar

                          I have attempted to contact Mivi customer service multiple times without success

                          Within one month of purchase, I registered an online complaint regarding my Mivi Forte S100 Soundbar, which is now non-operational, well within the warranty period of more than two months.

                          As per your request, I sent the product to the address they provided, but it was not received....

                          I had a problem with my earpods these are not working properly I can't even hear the sound from that the voice from the speakers are tooo low I think the mobile speaker is 100 percent 💯 percent better than earpods so please help me to rectify this problem
