On April 23rd, 2024, I ordered MIVI Earbuds but had to cancel it due to a wrong shipping address. Despite cancelling promptly, I haven't received my refund.

I've reached out multiple times via email but haven't received a satisfactory response or refund update.

I'm disappointed with this lack of customer service and request immediate action to process my refund.

    Duopods A250 sensor key not working

    I purchased a mivi combo on official site, but when i got the parcel then i try to use the product (Duopods A250) but the product are not working properly, the sensor key of the product is not working smoothly even the key was not working sometimes....

    Earbuds - Mivi duopods a250 and Mivi commando x9

    Mivi duopods a250 - left side bud is good but right side fitting is not good and volume is less in right side. Mivi commando x9 - sound quality is very bad.
    They emailed me to send the photos and I send all the photos 4 times. They didn't even see the photo and they reply again send the photos but I send all the photos clearly.
    I want to return the product
    I raised ticket in 13. 3. 24 till now my issue is not solved.br...

    Warranty registration

    The OTP is not sent to register for the warranty so that I cannot register for warranty
    And now it has some technical issues
    I have tried several times to register from date of my purchase the OTP is not sent to...

    Regarding exchange of Duopods A350 on warranty.

    Regarding recent exchange on warranty of tickt id #2657522
    After receiving the exchanged product-
    Charger is missing and some ear buds covers are there in place of the charger.
    The touch of the Left side earbud is not working at all.
    Plus some parts of both of the ear buds are opened up....

    Service / Repairing Issues

    It is very easy to close the ticket unnessaccary and forcefully without knowing the customer feedback. you guyz have made the process which i didn't see at any organization, you have created your own rules / process and verified so that customer couldn't raise the complaint and if they do so, you can easily reject or ignore through closing the tickets, well ! i understand all this and would like to tell you one thing, don't fool yourself...

    I have buy a home theater from mivi please refund

    Dear sir,

    I have purchase mivi home theater dated 08.01.2024 but I'm not able to track shipment ans also not ble to cancel this product. I'm constantly trying to connect customer support but I'm not able to connect. Kindly intervene in this case and refund my money back.

    Mivi duo pod k5

    I have order mivi duo pod K5 from flipkart where as the bud was in 1 gear warranty period when i bought then it was already charged so i use them and was working and when the bettery sound bit low i tried to charge them but they were not able to charge i saw on flipkart review a large amount of people were complaining the same . Also mivi has the worst customer service support ever, yet somehow i manage to put mu product on warranty claim...

    Mivi Fort S100 Soundbar

    I have attempted to contact Mivi customer service multiple times without success

    Within one month of purchase, I registered an online complaint regarding my Mivi Forte S100 Soundbar, which is now non-operational, well within the warranty period of more than two months.

    As per your request, I sent the product to the address they provided, but it was not received....

    Earbuds mivi commando q9

    I had a problem with my earpods these are not working properly I can't even hear the sound from that the voice from the speakers are tooo low I think the mobile speaker is 100 percent 💯 percent better than earpods so please help me to rectify this problem...

    My sister raised a complaint twice to you people without calling back to close tickets, and if we tried calling you, there was no answer.

    The worst support that the MIVI team provides,

    My Bluetooth is also not charging at the right site. It will take 1 week to collect and send it back in the same condition without repair.

    all 3 products defective from the day one...

    Mivi Duopods F40/ Not working Properly

    Brought this product in april 2023. In the end of june the volume in both the earpodes reduced drastically. It got reduced by 70-80%. Now the voice is not audible at full volume also.
    I contacted the company but they said that the product issue didn't come under warranty.
    But according to warranty policy only the physical damage is an exception for what warranty can't be claimed.

    Not received refund for cancelled order

    Not returning product

    I bought MIVI Duopods M30(black) on[protected].

    It is having an warranty period of 1 year. I got an problem that pods are not charging. To claim warranty I contacted MIVI customer service. They took my product on[protected]. Still now they haven't send my product back. When I try to contact them they are not responding properly.

    There wasted my time and not sending my product back...
