[Resolved] Mivi — Regarding ignorance of product issue

My mivi collar flash was having an issue, I write an email for that and i got an email from mivi to fill the details for the warranty thing and details of the product, and after that another email was there to arrange for pickup and acknowledge them after pickup, Pickup was done but no updates after that, They are not replying to any mails and any calls, it's been 5 days since pickup of my product, i certainly need an action asap

Updated by Garima121 After this mail still no shipping label provided to me it's been 48hrs this is totally horrible on the company side not working upto minimum mark of customer service, it's been more than 20 days i have put complaint and it takes them this much time for checking my product and sending me back when i am having my warranty, and the worst thing is they don't reply to mails and calls
