My mivi product was on warranty so I emailed them that my product wasn't working properly, first of all they took around 10 days to actually reply and then 5 days more to pick up the product and now its been around 20 days and no replies from them. They haven't yet told when they'll be returning the product.
Worst service Ever. We can't even contact the customer care directly!!!
