Mivi — Damaged earphones under warranty but mivi is not responding

Mivi is not responding to any mails they told me that they will pick my earphones but then they didn't reply neither did the pick up company they don't even respond to emails neither they have any customer care so how will i get my replacement why do they show that product is under warranty then

Updated by Yashshrma12 They took back my product for checking it but now no information regarding when they will deliver and is it repaired or not so how will get updates
