I ordered the Mivi Duopods a25 on 9th july and received it by 12th july, so after i opened it, the product looked old and a little dirty since it was white in color, but apart from that the main problem was that the left side of the earbud wasn’t working at all, i tried so many times, charged it fully, but wasn’t working as well as their charge was just going on its own, i didn’t even use the product, so i registered a complaint and send them mail and even called so many times at their centre but didn’t even get a single response till now, and since my product is unused and under warrant i expect it to be replaced or atleast get a refund.
