A month into using Mivi Collar 2B, the product broke down and i requested the support team to arrange for a replacement. They denied replacement and said it'll be taken to repair first, to which i agreed and sent my product on 9th March. I wasn't even informed if the product has reached. I myself had to do a follow up on 14th March, to which they said product has been received and it's under testing. Initially i was told that the testing would take 14-15 days. After which they reiterated it would take 2-3 days. I have been sending follow ups once in every 3 days and since March 14th and even till today, the product is in testing. I am requesting to talk to a supervisor, denied. Requesting to talk to someone from testing department, again denied. At this point, i am not even sure if I'm ever going to get my product back. Call the customer care and they would just read out what's there on the thread of emails. This is absolute nonsense. 2 of my rights have been denied here. Right to be heard and right to be redressed.
