Mivi — Didnt get parcel refund

I gave mivi duopods f30 to mivi service centre by the delivery boy which is provided by mivi on 7/6/2022 by till now I didn’t get parcel return and I mail them but I didn’t get any reply from mivi and I also tried to call them but call can’t connect with them.
