Mivi — earphone (mivi t-beats)

I have registered the complaint about the earphone of mivi on 1st july 2020 wednesday as my earphones in the warranty period. As per my request company booked a pick up for earphone on 4th july 2020 without generating the token number. The product has reached the company on the 6th of july 2020.

After that, they keep telling me that, "once your product is delivered to us, we'll have it tested and update you asap" though they received product for repair. I can understand that there is a huge backlog due to lockdown but its been 27 days of complaining.

On 21st of july 2020, again i mailed to [protected]@mivi.in is given below:
"good morning,

I have seen that is my earphone is already delivered at your place on 6th july 2020, i have attached a screenshot for the same.

It's been 15 days and i got no response from your side, it is showing how you value your customer. Whenever i want to know updates regarding repairing of my product, every time i got the reply that"once your product is delivered to us, we'll have it tested and update you asap."and it is showing that you are not as much awareness for your customer service.

If this time if i will get the reply that,"your product is not reached at us till & will update you asap", i won't recommend your product to my friends or else give me the replacement of my product.

This kind of service is not expected from your end, you should always think about your customer first. I have not any other earphone so i am facing huge problem to attending the online lecture since 4th july 2020 as i am college student."

They did not reply to this mail and i am facing many difficulties in attending the lectures.

On 25th of july, 2020 i have given a gentle reminder to them you haven't replied to my mail, again they didn't reply.

After that, i have tried phone call to the number given on the website, the virtual assistant keeps telling that "you can mail to us, that is the best way to get the fastest reply"

It seems that, they are not responsible for their customer as much as they should be.

We are ready to support the indian startups but their service should up to the mark that customer won't go for the other thing.

My mivi “ThunderBeats Wireless Earphones” is giving a high volume static from left ear plug whenever I try making calls.
