Mivi — For receiving repaired product

I purchase a mivi neckband from Flipkart after in warranty period I have an issue with the product I complain to mivi and he picks up my product and emails me that he is resolving the issue of the product and will send you after 24 hours. but it passes 1 month he is not answering my phone and email.

I am also facing similar issue. No one is coming to pick up the faulty earphone. After sales support is very poor.
