I had purchased Collar 2 from official website of mivi india in Feb 2020 but in may it stopped working. Mivi india had an year warranty service so i requested to claim warranty. On 27th May, I got confirmation from mivi support team that they have received the product and its with the technical team to investigate which will take 3-4 working days. Since May, I have not yet received the product back from them.
My only reason to buy the product was to boycott chinese product and buy make in india product but this has failed now. I have no trust left with this brand. They are selling fake products to everyone. Strict actions are required for such companies who fool innocent consumers like us. Was this information helpful? |
