Mivi India Complaints & Reviews

I had purchased Collar 2 from official website of mivi india in Feb 2020 but in may it stopped working. Mivi india had an year warranty service so i requested to claim warranty. On 27th May, I got confirmation from mivi support team that they have received the product and its with the technical team to investigate which will take 3-4 working days. Since May, I have not yet received the product back from them.
My only reason to buy the product was to boycott chinese product and buy make in india product but this has failed now. I have no trust left with this brand. They are selling fake products to everyone. Strict actions are required for such companies who fool innocent consumers like us.

My product was picked up by mivi team but after pick up, no one is responding to my mail, as the product is not working properly so I log the complaint with mivi now no one response

I had ordered mivi duo pod m20 from flipkart on 7th june and i recieved my item in 10 days time. But within a week time it's stopped working properly and i sent email to mivi support and they requested me to sent back the item for testing through bluedart, which i had sent on 24th of june to mivi hyderabad office and it's been more than a month time. I haven't recieved replaced item from mivi. Please help me to solve this issue to raise a dispute against it. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
